Vacancies have just opened for Training Co-ordinators across all shifts.
The role will report directly to the Training Manager. Job holders will carry out site inductions ensuring all relevant policies and procedures are fully covered. You must ensure that all paperwork regarding inductions, training, compliance is maintained. Must be able to identify training improvement opportunities and manage change to achieve continuous improvement. You will be supervising Line Trainers.
You must have proven communication and organisational skills. Must be proactive, demonstrate a “can-do” attitude, task focused.
Good standard of spoken/ written English is required. You must have minimum of Food Safety Level 2 as well as Train the Trainer. Good IT skills are required. Minimum of IOSH Managing Safely.
You must have own transport due to the shift pattern. Flexibility is required for training requirements where needed.
The successful candidate may also be asked to fulfil other reasonable tasks which will be delegated from time to time.
