Ingredients:
  • 1 pack Bernard Matthews Chicken Breast Slices
  • 1 pack Bernard Matthews Turkey Hickory BBQ Breast Chunks
  • 1 pack Bernard Matthews Wafer Thin Ham
  • 7 Slices of Wholemeal Bread
  • 1 Tbsp. Egg Mayonnaise Sandwich Filler
  • 1 Tbsp. Tuna & Sweetcorn Sandwich Filler
  • Handful of Spinach
  • 2 Plum Tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 Avocado, sliced
  • 1 Spring Onion
  • 4 Slices of Cheddar Cheese

Method:
  1. Start with one slice of wholemeal bread and spread egg mayonnaise filler thinly
  2. Add a handful of spinach
  3. Cover with another slice of bread
  4. Spread tuna & sweetcorn sandwich filler lightly onto the bread
  5. Add 2 slices of Bernard Matthews Chicken Breast Slices
  6. Cover with another slice of bread
  7. Spread egg mayonnaise sandwich filler thinly onto the bread
  8. Add the sliced plum tomatoes and cover with another slice of bread
  9. Spread egg mayonnaise sandwich filler thinly onto the bread
  10. Add Bernard Matthews Turkey Hickory BBQ Breast Chunks and cover with another slice of bread
  11. Spread egg mayonnaise sandwich filler again thinly onto the bread
  12. Add the slices of avocado and the Bernard Matthews Wafer Thin Ham
  13. Add another slice of bread
  14. Spread egg mayonnaise thinly onto the slice of bread and add the spring onions and slices of cheese
  15. Cover with the final slice of bread
