<center><img src="http://www.bernardmatthews.com/shares/tikka.jpg" alt="" width="400"/></center><h3>Ingredients</h3><ul class="pbullet"><li>100g (3 packs) Tikka Turkey Breast Pieces</li><li>1 small onion, sliced</li><li>½ Red Pepper, sliced</li><li>½ Green Pepper, sliced</li><li>½ Red Chilli, de-seeded and finely chopped</li><li>1 clove Garlic, chopped</li><li>1cm piece of Ginger, chopped</li><li>1 heaped tsp Curry powder</li><li>400g Tinned Tomatoes, chopped</li><li>100ml Natural Yoghurt</li><li>1 Tomato, chopped</li><li>½ bunch Coriander, chopped</li></ul><br/><h3>Method</h3><ol class="pbullet"><li>Heat a little oil in a pan</li><li>Add the onion</li><li>Add garlic, chilli and ginger and stir until they start to soften</li><li>Add the curry powder </li><li>Mix together for a few minutes until all ingredients are coated </li><li>Add the peppers and continue to stir</li><li>Cook until softened </li><li>Add the tin of tomatoes</li><li>Reduce the heat slightly and cook for 5 minutes </li><li>Add the yogurt and chopped tomatoes. Stir</li><li>Add the Tikka Turkey Breast Pieces and warm through for 3 or 4 minutes</li><li>Add chopped coriander leaves to taste</li><li>Serve with rice, warmed naan bread and poppadoms</li></ol><br/>
