This turkey recipe is quick, simple and healthy.

Serves 4
  • 350g British Turkey Breast Steaks, cut into strips
  • 10ml Vegetable Oil
  • 650g Stir Fry Vegetable Mix or chopped raw veg of your choice
  • 1 x sachet of stir fry sauce, of your choice

  1. Heat the oil in a pan/wok, add the turkey breast strips and cook for 4 minutes
  2. Add the stir fry vegetables, stir and cook for 3 minutes
  3. Add your choice of sauce to the pan and cook for a further 2 minutes
  4. Serve with pre-cooked noodles
