<center><img src="http://www.bernardmatthews.com/shares/Turkey_Ham_Spinach_and_Tomato_omelette.jpg" alt="" width="400"/></center><h3>Ingredients</h3><ul class="pbullet"><li>170g Bernard Matthews Wafer Thin Turkey Ham, cut into strips</li><li>50g spinach blanched and drained</li><li>1 chopped tomato</li><li>2 spring onions sliced</li><li>4 eggs</li><li>A little milk</li><li>25g butter</li><li>Pepper</li></ul><h3>Method</h3><ol class="pbullet"><li>Beat the egg with a little milk.</li><li>Melt ½ of the butter in an omelette pan pour ½ of the egg mixture into the pan cook over a gentle heat.</li><li>When the egg has set turn the omelette and top with ½ the Turkey Ham, spinach, tomato and spring onions.</li><li>When the topping has been heated through serve immediately and repeat the process with the remaining ingredients for the second omelette.</li></ol><br/><br/>

This turkey omelette recipe is a great spin on a classic omelette dish.

170g Bernard Matthews Wafer Thin Turkey Ham, cut into strips
50g spinach blanched and drained
1 chopped tomato
2 spring onions sliced
4 eggs
A little milk
25g butter

Method
Method
Beat the egg with a little milk.
Melt ½ of the butter in an omelette pan pour ½ of the egg mixture into the pan cook over a gentle heat.
When the egg has set turn the omelette and top with ½ the Turkey Ham, spinach, tomato and spring onions.
