Turkey Ham and Egg Bagel Recipe

  • 100g Bernard Matthews Wafer Thin Turkey Ham
  • 1 wholemeal poppy seed bagel, halved
  • Butter for spreading
  • 1 egg,
  • Parsley, chopped
  • Hollandaise sauce
  1. Lightly toast and butter the bagel and pile folds of Wafer Thin Turkey Ham inside.
  2. Break the egg into simmering water and cook until the white is set but the yolk is still quite soft.
  3. Place the warm egg on top of the Wafer Thin Turkey Ham slices, sprinkle with chopped parsley, black pepper and serve with hollandaise sauce, if desired.
