Turkey Ham and Cheese Volcanoes

This turkey recipe won't cause any eruptions at meal times!

  • 100g Bernard Matthews Wafer Thin Turkey Ham cut into ribbons
  • 255g plain flour, sifted
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 100g red Leicester cheese, grated
  • 1 egg
  • 300ml milk
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  1. Combine flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, paprika, cheese and turkey ham
  2. Beat egg in a separate bowl along with milk and oil. Add wet ingredients to dry and gently fold in.
  3. Spoon into muffin cases and bake in a preheated oven at 190°C/375°F/Gas Mark 5 for 20 - 25 mins.
