Brush with a little oil and grill for approx 5-10 mins, depending on the thickness of the fish.</li><li>Turn the fish over and top with turkey ham divided between the four fillets. </li><li>Mix the cheese and onions together and scatter over the turkey ham. Season and return to the grill until the turkey ham and cheese just browns lightly.</li><li>Serve with a crispy salad or new potatoes and vegetables.</li></ol>

This turkey recipe uses fish and turkey ham - a perfect union of flavours.
