Prep: 20min Cook: 15min
Serves 4
  • 120g (1 pack) of Bernard Matthews Wafer Thin Turkey Ham
  • 375g Pack of ready rolled puff pastry
  • 2 tbsp tomato puree
  • 100g of grated mature cheddar cheese
  • 1 beaten egg

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C (180 degrees for fan oven).
  2. Lightly flour a work surface and then unroll the puff pastry onto the surface.
  3. Spread a thin layer of the tomato puree over the pastry, leaving a 1cm border around the edge. Then layer on the whole pack of the Wafer Thin ham evenly over the pastry and scatter on your grated cheese.
  4. Roll the pastry up as tightly as possible and put in the fridge to chill it for 10 minutes.
  5. Take a sharp knife and cut the roll into roughly 12 equal slices. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and lay the rolls flat on this so you can see the swirl of the pastry.
  6. Brush each pinwheel with the beaten egg and then pop into the oven for 12 – 15 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool and enjoy!
