<center><img src="http://www.bernardmatthews.com/shares/PW2411-BM-XMAS-GOULASH.jpg" alt="" width="400"/></center><h3>Ingredients</h3><ul class="pbullet"><li>200g Bernard Matthews Roast Turkey Breast Pieces </li><li>1 tbsp oil </li><li>1/2 onion, chopped </li><li>25g flour </li><li>1/2 tsp paprika </li><li>Pinch cayenne pepper </li><li>1/2 can chopped tomatoes </li><li>425ml chicken stock </li><li>125g carrot, chopped </li><li>125g potatoes, diced </li><li>1/2 green pepper, chopped </li><li>50g tomato puree </li><li>125ml yoghurt </li><li>Seasoning</li></ul><h3>Method</h3><ol class="pbullet"><li>Fry the onion in oil until softened. Stir in the flour, paprika and cayenne pepper. </li><li>Stir in chopped tomatoes and chicken stock. Add the rest of the vegetables, tomato puree and seasoning. Bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer for 40 minutes. </li><li>Add Roast Turkey Breast Pieces and allow to heat through for a few minutes. Stir in the yoghurt before serving.</li></ol>

200g Bernard Matthews Roast Turkey Breast Pieces
1 tbsp oil
1/2 onion, chopped
25g flour
1/2 tsp paprika
Pinch cayenne pepper
1/2 can chopped tomatoes
425ml chicken stock
125g carrot, chopped
125g potatoes, diced
1/2 green pepper, chopped
50g tomato puree
125ml yoghurt
