Turkey Escalope Deli Wrap

  • 260g Bernard Matthews Plain Turkey Escalope’s (pack of 2)
  • 2 large tortilla wraps
  • 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 4 slices of cucumber
  • 30g grated cheddar cheese ( optional )
  • 1/4 sliced iceberg lettuce
  1. Preheat the oven and follow the instructions on the pack to cook the turkey escalope’s. Once they are fully cooked take them out of the oven, allow to cool and cut into thick slices.
  2. Then lay the tortilla wraps on a clean board, and spread on the mayonnaise leaving a 1 cm gap around the outside.
  3. Then layer on tomato, cucumber and turkey escalope slices.
  4. Sprinkle over the cheese if having and then add some lettuce.
  5. Then fold the both sides of the wrap halfway in, leaving room for the filling to spread out. Fold the bottom third of the wrap up to make a little envelope. Then keep folding from the bottom upwards, tucking in the fillings as you go.
  6. Cut in half and enjoy!
