Turkey Drummer Pittas Recipe

This turkey pitta recipe is a refreshing way to enjoy our classic family favourite.

Serves 4-6
  • 4 - 6 Bernard Matthews Golden Drummers
  • ½ cucumber, finely diced
  • 150ml natural yoghurt
  • 2 tsp fresh mint, chopped
  • 4 pitta breads or 8 mini pittas
  • Small bag of salad
  • Cherry tomatoes to serve
  1. Preheat oven to 220C/425F/Gas mark 7 and cook the Drummers as directed on the pack.
  2. Meanwhile mix the cucumber, yoghurt and mint together.
  3. Grill the pitta bread until puffed up and hot. Split open and fill with salad and drummers. Serve with cucumber dip and a few cherry tomatoes.
