Roast Turkey Pieces with Tagliatelle Pasta Pesto Sauce Recipe

This turkey pasta recipe is easy, delicious and perfect for a week night meal.

Ingredients
  • Pack 100g Roasted Turkey Breast Pieces
  • 100g (dried weight) Tagliatelle
  • 1 x15ml Olive Oil
  • 1 Onion Sliced
  • 2 x15ml Pesto Sauce
  • 1 x 150ml Single Cream
  • 1 Tomato Deseeded and Diced
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Parmesan Shavings
  • Fresh Basil Leaves to garnish

Method
  1. Cook the Tagliatelle for the required time.
  2. Meanwhile heat the oil and soften the onions for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add the pesto, single cream and tomato, simmer gently.
  4. Blend in the Roast Turkey Breast Pieces.
  5. When the pasta is fully cooked and drained add the cream & turkey mixture.
  6. Serve with shavings of parmesan and fresh basil leaves.
