Pack 100g Roasted Turkey Breast Pieces
100g (dried weight) Tagliatelle
1 x15ml Olive Oil
1 Onion Sliced
2 x15ml Pesto Sauce
1 x 150ml Single Cream
1 Tomato Deseeded and Diced

Method
Method
Cook the Tagliatelle for the required time.
Meanwhile heat the oil and soften the onions for 3-4 minutes.
Add the pesto, single cream and tomato, simmer gently.
Blend in the Roast Turkey Breast Pieces.
When the pasta is fully cooked and drained add the cream & turkey mixture.
Serve with shavings of parmesan and fresh basil leaves.
