  • 250g Bernard Matthews Turkey Breast Pieces
  • ¼ tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp clear honey
  • 4 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 ½ tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp’s oil
  • 1 red pepper, sliced
  • 100g baby corn, sliced in half lengthways
  • 100g mange tout
  • Noodles or boiled rice to serve
  1. Combine the chilli, honey, soy sauce, coriander and white wine vinegar in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp of the oil in a pan, then add the Bernard Matthews Turkey Breast Pieces until slightly browned on both sides. Set to the side and allow to cool.
  3. Add the Go Create Turkey Breast Pieces to the mixture created in step 1 and allow to marinate for 20 minutes in the fridge.
  4. Heat the remaining tbsp of oil in a stir fry pan, and gently fry the pepper, baby corn and mange tout for 4-5 minutes.
  5. Add the chargrilled Go Create Turkey Breast Pieces and marinade to the pan and cook for about 5 minutes until heated through.
  6. Serve immediately with noodles or rice.
