<center><img src="http://www.bernardmatthews.com/shares/Morroccan_turkey_steak_1.jpg" alt="" width="400"/></center><h3>Ingredients</h3><ul class="pbullet"><li>4 British Turkey Breast Steaks</li><li>25g Moroccan seasoning</li><li>25g plain flour</li><li>30ml oil</li><li>125ml white wine (Optional)</li><li>500g chopped tomatoes</li><li>30g dried apricot, diced</li><li>30g raisins</li><li>Handful of coriander, chopped</li><li>Pinch of salt and pepper</li></ul><h3>Method</h3><ol class="pbullet"><li>Blend the flour and Moroccan seasoning together, then dust the steaks with the blend.</li><li> Heat the oil in a pan, then seal and cook the turkey steaks for 5 minutes.</li><li> Add the wine, chopped tomatoes and diced apricots and raisins.</li><li> Simmer for 10 minutes and serve with cous cous.</li></ol>

4 British Turkey Breast Steaks
25g Moroccan seasoning
25g plain flour
30ml oil
125ml white wine (Optional)
500g chopped tomatoes
30g dried apricot, diced
30g raisins
Handful of coriander, chopped
Pinch of salt and pepper
Method
Method
Blend the flour and Moroccan seasoning together, then dust the steaks with the blend.
Heat the oil in a pan, then seal and cook the turkey steaks for 5 minutes.
Add the wine, chopped tomatoes and diced apricots and raisins.
Simmer for 10 minutes and serve with cous cous.
