This turkey recipe is rich in Moroccan flavour.

Serves 4
  • 4 British Turkey Breast Steaks
  • 25g Moroccan seasoning
  • 25g plain flour
  • 30ml oil
  • 125ml white wine (Optional)
  • 500g chopped tomatoes
  • 30g dried apricot, diced
  • 30g raisins
  • Handful of coriander, chopped
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  1. Blend the flour and Moroccan seasoning together, then dust the steaks with the blend.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan, then seal and cook the turkey steaks for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the wine, chopped tomatoes and diced apricots and raisins.
  4. Simmer for 10 minutes and serve with cous cous.
