  • 500g British Turkey Thigh Mince
  • 6 rashers smoked bacon, chopped
  • 40g Sun Dried tomato paste
  • 40g Green Pesto sauce
  • 1 Egg
  1. Combine all of the ingredients together.
  2. Form into mini burgers by rolling into a ball and flattening with the palm of your hand.
  3. BBQ, grill or fry for 15 minutes.
  4. Serve in a rustic ciabatta roll with salad and garlic mayonnaise.
  5. Enjoy your mini Italian turkey burgers!
