Serves 4
  • 200g (2, 100g packs) Roast Turkey Breast Pieces
  • 4 Pitta Breads
  • ¼ sliced Iceberg Lettuce – or small bag of mixed leaves
  • ¼ sliced, de-seeded Cucumber – cut into lengths
  • 2 diced Tomatoes
  • 1 small Carrot, grated
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • ½ tsp ground Cumin
  1. Mix together in a large bowl, the cucumber, tomato and carrot with the mayonnaise and cumin.
  2. Put the pitta breads in the toaster for a minute, this will warm them gently making them easier to open. Then cut the pitta breads in half and open.
  3. Evenly divide the turkey pieces and lettuce between each pitta half. Spoon the mayonnaise mix into them, You can add the ‘options at this point should you wish!
