<center><img src="http://www.bernardmatthews.com/shares/15-05-12Jacket_Potato-V2-04_LowRes_Cropped.jpg" alt="" width="400"/></center><h3>Ingredients</h3><ul class="pbullet"><li>300g Bernard Matthews Roast Chicken Breast Pieces (3, 100g packs)</li><li>2 generous tbsp’s mayonnaise</li><li>1 tbsp mango chutney</li><li>½ tsp curry powder</li><li>¼ tsp cinnamon</li><li>Twist of black pepper (to taste)</li><li>Raisins or sultanas (a small handful - sultanas can be used too)</li><li>The juice of ½ a lime</li></ul><h3>Method</h3><ol class="pbullet"><li>Combine all of the sauce ingredients and mix them together well. </li><li>Add the Roast chicken breast pieces and ensure they are thoroughly covered in the mixture. </li><li> Keep refrigerated until ready to serve. This can then be served with a cooked jacket potato and salad for that simply bootiful summer time dish. </li></ol><br/>
