This turkey bolognese recipe is full of flavour.

Serves 4
  • 500g British Turkey Thigh Mince
  • 15ml oil
  • 1 clove of garlic, crushed
  • 390g chopped tomatoes
  • 1 x onion, diced
  • Bunch of fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 x 15ml sundried tomato puree
  • 300ml hot water plus stock cube, mixed
  • Pinch of paprika and mixed herbs
  • 150g mushrooms, sliced
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 125g Mozzarella Mini Pearls, drained
  • Heat the oil and lightly fry the garlic.
  • Add the turkey mince and stir until thoroughly browned.
  • Add the tomatoes, onion, basil and puree along with the stock and herbs.
  • Then stir in the mushrooms, simmer for 20 minutes and season to taste.
  • Add the mozzarella pearls before serving with your choice of freshly cooked pasta.
