The Sweet Chili Turkey Noodle Salad uses the Bernard Matthews Sweet Chilli Breast Chunks to make a super quick and nourishing lunch that will keep mums on the go for as long as they need to be!

Sweet Chili Turkey Noodle Salad Recipe


Ingredients
  • 50g Sweet Chilli Turkey Breast Chunks
  • 1 packet dried rice noodles
  • Carrots (shavings)
  • ½ a red bell pepper (chopped)
  • ½ a green bell pepper (chopped)
  • ½ a red onion (chopped)

Method
  1. Cook dried rice noodles as instructed (can be served cold)
  2. Prepare vegetables
  3. Mix in the Sweet Chilli Turkey Chunks, noodles and vegetables together
