Ingredients
  • 1 pack of Bernard Matthews Turkey Escalopes
  • 600g of frozen oven chips
  • 50g of iceberg lettuce
  • 2 tomatoes thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp. of mayonnaise
  • 2 plain pittas
  • Spicy sauce

Method
  1. Preheat the oven and cook the chips according to the packet instructions
  2. Pop pittas in the toaster until lightly toasted
  3. Spread pittas with mayonnaise and spicy source
  4. Fill pittas with lettuce and tomato then place Bernard Matthews Sweet Chilli Turkey Breast Chunks on top
  5. Serve with oven chips
